Every order includes shipping insurance, guaranteed. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at hpbrickdesigns@gmail.com with your order number (photos help for damage claims) and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund β no matter what.
Wrong, faulty, or incomplete orders
If you receive the wrong item, a faulty item, or your order is missing pieces, contact us at hpbrickdesigns@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with replacement parts, a full replacement, or a refund.
