Are HP BRICKS customs compatible with LEGO® and other brick brands?
Yes. Every custom is pad-printed on premium 1:1 ABS-compatible bricks — the same scale and stud fit as all major brick brands, so our figs and sets stack, pose and display perfectly alongside your existing collection.
HP Bricked Up, RepublicCustoms and AmericanBricks are independent custom brick brands, not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group, Lucasfilm Ltd. or Disney.
Do figures and sets come assembled?
All customs ship disassembled — the build is half the fun. Larger big figs (like the Battle Rancor, 20+ parts) include an assembly reference in the last listing photo.
How fast will my order ship?
Every order is dispatched from our Sydney office within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your AusPost tracking number the moment it leaves.
Do you ship internationally, and what does it cost?
We ship worldwide to 60+ countries. Standard rates and free-shipping thresholds by region (Australia: free over $50 USD) are listed in full in our Shipping Policy. International orders may attract customs or import fees charged by your country — these are the recipient's responsibility.
What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
Every order includes shipping insurance, guaranteed. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, email hpbrickdesigns@gmail.com with your order number (photos help for damage claims) and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no matter what.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Our customs are limited-run, so we don't offer change-of-mind returns — please choose carefully. If anything arrives wrong, faulty or incomplete, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with replacement parts, a full replacement or a refund. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Who designs and produces HP BRICKS customs?
Every set is designed in-house by HP BRICKS, and our figs are created and produced with our partner brands AmericanBricks and RepublicCustoms — with guest designs from creators like BricksofChaos. Designed by fans who share the same passion for the galaxy we all love.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
We don't actively restock — most customs are limited runs, and once a run is done the product is usually retired for good. As a rule of thumb, if something has been in the store for around three months, it's likely on its final run. If you've had your eye on a fig, don't wait.
Do you offer bulk discounts for army builders?
Yes — buy 9 AmericanBricks figs or 9 RepublicCustoms figs and your 10th is free, applied automatically in your cart. First order? Join our email list for 10% off. For bigger army builds, get in touch.
Are your reviews from real customers?
